Have you ever looked at Instagram and then followed the accounts it recommended to you? However, WhatsApp adapts to its game plan and begins to follow a similar path to Facebook. Currently, they are designing a feature through which you will be suggested your contact list for the chat process.
While WhatsApp promotes old relationships through its suggestions, which include people who are on your list but with whom you have not connected for long, Instagram serves new contacts at the expense of old contacts. It could be a destitute friend from high school or a distant relative – someone who finally has a page to turn from the past or start over on a positive note. Newly registered users can see recommendations to enable their start-chat conversation.
Imagine what it would be like to have these “suggested chats” that you can browse below your list of WhatsApp chats when you want to start a new conversation. In brief, the primary goal is to increase person engagement and encourage them to talk with each other extra virtually. But if you’re not a social butterfly, you do not need to be intimidated through this, you should still have the option to disable these pointers.
This capability has been designed, although it is not yet implemented. Nonetheless, it demonstrates the interest that WhatsApp has in the future.
