Meta has finally added the most awaited feature – Tags in its popular Threads application. This will elaborate the user’s experience and will extend the reach of content, which users post on this app.
This addition of Tags to the social platform will categorize a post and display up alongside other posts on the same topic. Tags work similarly to hashtags or we can say it’s a simplified version of hashtags that allow users to categorize their Threads and make them easier to find.
The tags on threads can be added by typing the # symbol in line with the text, but here’s one catch, the tags will not appear with the symbol in the published post. Instead, they appear in blue text in the post, much like a traditional hyperlink.
