Suddenly, tech lovers were seriously worried for a few weeks, as recent benchmark leaks seemed to suggest that an older processor would be responsible for the Galaxy Z Flip – the much-anticipated model that means a lot to them. We thought the default might mention Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 if that were possible, but instead, the older Gen 2 was seen in a Geekbench entry. Fortunately, upon deeper investigation, it was revealed that the entire incident was pure fabrication.
Fake benchmarks were a more common problem in the past, however, this may be a bright reminder of this recent phenomenon. The Z Flip 6 was considered to represent a major departure from the bold Z Flip 5. Upon closer examination, the culprit behind the misleading entry was exposed: while the last one would have the intellectual power to differentiate it from the Galaxy S23 Ultra. The miscreant used a fairly recognizable design such as a Japanese model number for its initial screen (SCG20) so that the victim would not realize that the device he received was completely counterfeit.
On the other hand, reliable benchmarks have been certified confirming the Z Flip 6 smartphone model runs on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. This completely removes all the doubts that might stop someone from buying this phone due to the perception that it will be too slow. It was an attractive design and smart choice by Samsung, with the processor wasted beneath the screen while it was simply a sample of a digital illusion.
Galaxy Z Flip fans just got the news they’ve been waiting for – an upgrade to the ZFlip phone. Their people phone brand is one of the best as it will use the fastest and most powerful chipset. Samsung intends to launch the Z Flip 6 in a month on July 10 as part of the Unpacked event it will hold this summer.
