The Samsung Galaxy Wearable app allows users to manage and monitor their Galaxy Watch and Galaxy Buds devices through their smartphones. However, many users are reporting connectivity problems after installing the One UI 5.0 beta builds.

Android 13 is now available for Pixel and some other brand’s of smartphones. However, Samsung is still running the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 beta program for eligible Galaxy device owners. Some Samsung Galaxy wearable app customers have recently reported that the app isn’t working properly. They say they can’t connect their wearable devices to their phones because the connection keeps getting interrupted.

Once disconnected and try connecting it again, it works normally for a few seconds. But later an error occurs that says the wearable cannot be connected. Well, this issue is happening in both Galaxy Watch and Galaxy Buds for their respective users.

Meanwhile, Samsung Community’s Beta Operations Manager has responded to user concerns. However, they did not mention the cause of the problem or how it can be fixed, only saying that they are aware of the issue and are working on fixing it.

With the recent release of One UI 5.0 beta, testers are reporting various issues such as crashing, bad animation, object erasers not working, screen blacking, and more. This is not the first time users have reported problems with One UI, as earlier versions had similar problems.

While Samsung’s Android 13-based One UI 5.0 build is in a beta stage, which means stability is no guarantee, the company is constantly working to improve the software. Several old One UI issues have been resolved and more improvements are expected.

There is a possibility that Samsung will resolve this issue in the next beta or the official One UI 5.0 update. This issue appears to be annoying for users, but customers may have to compromise with Galaxy Wearable app features and functions until the next One UI 5.0 build is released.

Also, there are no current plans for Samsung’s next move. However, the stable One UI 5.0 will be unveiled at the Samsung Developer Conference, which will take place on October 12. It is possible that the company may also start the stable version rollout on the same day, at least for the Galaxy S22 series phones.

The Korean company is expected to solve all the current issues on the beta builds through the stable release. In addition, they will introduce new features and enhancements to the devices.
