Samsung is reportedly bringing its next major Android 13 upgrade to several smartphones, with a new user interface, latest features, functions, customization options, and a unique custom skin for Galaxy smartphones. Yet there are some devices that will not acquire this major Android 13 update, one of them is the Galaxy S10.

Samsung Galaxy S10 series includes five devices Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+, Galaxy S10 5G and the Galaxy S10 Lite, from all these devices only the Galaxy S10 Lite smartphone users will be eligible to obtain the major Android 13 update, and rest will stick to Android 12.
The reason behind this ineligibility is Samsung’s old software upgrade policy, according to which the old flagship series like Galaxy S10 and Note 10 series will only receive three years of major updates, whereas the latest devices will be eligible for four years of OS upgrade support.
But as the Galaxy S10 series is the ideal flagship device that delivers users better functionality just like the other flagship smartphones, and consumers of this series have invested a lot of money in purchasing it, so they also want to experience a new user interface and functionalities of the latest Android 13, and we believe they should undergo with this.
In our opinion, the Galaxy S10 series should receive the latest offerings of Android 13 upgrade as the minimal device of the series which is the Galaxy S10 Lite is going to obtain the latest Android 13 upgrade with One UI 5 Android custom skin.
After installing the Android 13 major OS, the consumers of Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10+ and Galaxy S10 5G will have access to the latest features, customizations, and a whole new user interface, which will let these devices to give more refinement version and run in a more significant way.

Samsung launched the Galaxy S10 flagship smartphone in the year 2019. These devices were dispatched with an Android 9-based One UI 1.1 software system. Further, the devices receive Android 10, Android 11, and lastly retired with the Android 12 as a major upgrade and it’s currently running on the One UI 4.1 based on Android 12.
