After the initial rollout in the United States, Samsung is now extending the reach of Android 14-based One UI 6 software update for more users of Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3. This latest iteration of Samsung’s custom skin brings various new features and optimizations.
Some of the key elements of One UI 6 include a reimagined home screen, better multitasking, modified emoji, the ability to reposition the clock on the lock screen, a new option for content sharing, a simple and intuitive design of camera app, new layout in the quick panel and much more.
In addition to these new features, the update also brings the December 2023 Android security patch to maintain the reliability of the foldables. Notably, the latest update for Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 has arrived with a One UI build version F926BXXU5GWL1 and F711BXXU6GWL1 respectively.
Moving on, the One UI 6 update for Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 devices is currently rolling out in some European countries including Slovenia and Poland. However, the update will expand to more region users in the coming days or weeks.
Therefore, if you own third third-generation foldable phone and reside in Europe, then check and upgrade your device to the latest version. For this, visit the Settings app and tap on the Software Update menu. Now, hit the Download & Install key and follow the onscreen instructions.
