Samsung is going to launch the Galaxy S23 series smartphone on February 01, 2023, at Galaxy Unpacked 2023 event. The next Galaxy S series smartphones will come pre-installed with the One UI 5.1 version and its amazing features.
After that, Samsung will soon release an Android 13-based One UI 5.1 update to other flagship smartphones including the Galaxy S22 series, Galaxy S21 series, Galaxy Fold 4, Galaxy Flip 4, and more.
Samsung has already started testing the next One UI version on several Galaxy devices including Galaxy S21, Galaxy S22, A52s, and more. Now, the company is testing new One UI 5.1 firmware on Samsung Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S22 smartphones.

In a recent development, the One UI test build detection app Checkfirm has spotted a new One UI build for the Samsung Galaxy S21 series. The smartphones in this series already received the One UI 5 update, so apparently, it is testing the next One UI version i.e. One UI 5.1. The One UI 5.1 testing is going on in Germany and India for the Galaxy S21 series smartphones. It is going underway with version G99xBXXU6EWAE for Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, and Galaxy S21 Ultra.
Samsung Galaxy S22: Other information from Checkfirm reveals that a new One UI 5.1 build is currently testing on the Samsung Galaxy S22. However, the testing for a major One UI update is conducted for the Indian variant as the Samsung India CSC code is INS.
The major One UI version testing is underway with firmware S90xEXXU3CWAG. The company will soon make the One UI 5.1 update available to the Galaxy S22 series after its official release.
