Leading tech company Samsung has shown a strong behavior of having confidence in its in-house Exynos processor. An Exynos-powered Galaxy Z Flip 6 has been in the news for quite some time now, with reports suggesting that the next Galaxy Tab S10 tablet series could also join the Exynos party as a participant.
While it’s still somewhat early, this change is consequential for Samsung’s high-end models in 2024. For a long time, mobile device manufacturers tended to have different processors depending on the market. Samsung now wants to use two types of strategies, one would be a dual deployment which means releasing both Exynos and Snapdragon variants with the S series, Z Flip, and Tab S10.
According to experts, however, the dual approach involves deeper science than just variant selection. This provided the necessary scope for Samsung to have a tight grip on the interface between hardware and software in Galaxy devices so that it could easily provide added value to its customers.
