You can manually install the latest updates for the Galaxy Watch 5 series by connecting the Galaxy Wearable app to your smartphone. Open Watch Settings followed by Watch Software Update.

Your watch will display a Home tab, swipe up and tap View software updates. Finally hit the Download and Install option to see the available software updates.
