An insider hint suggests it may carry a colossal 6.9″ panel on its back. This size would bring it back to the scale of the Galaxy S20 Ultra, after a slight downsizing trend in the subsequent models up to the S24 Ultra, which sported a 6.8-inch display.
Via gossip lane, insider reportedly @negativeonehero refers to “IceUniverse” claiming that he disclosed the leak about the Galaxy S25 Ultra display size. However, there’s been no official confirmation or posts from IceUniverse’s usual channels like X (formerly Twitter) and Weibo.

Although the departure of its predecessors, the Samsung Ultra line was moving forward, and increasing the display size is their year by year feature. While the last few models stuck to a 6.8-inch OLED panel, the S25 Ultra might introduce a slight expansion and possibly thinner bezels for a more premium look and feel.
Moreover, there are rumors that not only will the product be improved, the Ultra version of the Galaxy S25 is also supposed to receive an upgrade of its body design. This makeover could include a rearranged camera setup, sleeker bezels, and overall enhancements to improve usability and ergonomics, aiming for better one-handed operation.
On the side of internal specs, Samsung’s next SuperFaster chipsets as Exynos 2500 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 are expected. There’s also talk of potential upgrades to the camera sensors across all models. However, the observer must point out that the emphasis seems on platform result mainly through both hardware and software refinements.
