The August 2022 security patch for Galaxy A53 fixes a bunch of vulnerabilities and exploits, including 1 critical CVE. Plus, it also cures 23 high-level CVEs. These issues are related to exposure MAC address leak issues, improper access control security buds, Samsung dialer, Samsung DeX, and Samsung Knox.
The latest update for Galaxy A53 can be identified via version A536U1UEU3AVH2. This time, the update is released for all network carriers such as T-Mobile, Xfinity Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, and more.
Galaxy A53 users in the US can manually view and download the August 2022 update through their phone’s settings. From here click on Download and Install followed by Software Update.
