Samsung has seeded Galaxy S23 devices with the enhancements of the current month’s security patch in almost all countries, but did anyone notice a change in animation after upgrading your latest flagship model to the December 2023 update?
The changelog of the latest security patch didn’t mention any new features or major changes for Galaxy devices. But a tipster on X stated that the latest December 2023 update for Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has added a new interruption handling animation.
The leakster explains that closing an app and then opening the same rapidly shows an optimized animation. When closing an app direction after opening it, the app closing animation wouldn’t interrupt or stop, but it would wait till the app is fully closed before the app opening animation starts.
However, this is a slight change but it could be helpful for some, so have you installed the December 2023 update on your Galaxy S23 device? If yes, then have you noticed this animation transition let us know in the comment section below.
I think that after the latest December 2023 update for my Galaxy S23 Ultra, Samsung added a new interruption handling animation when closing an app and then opening the same app rapidly.
