Google has started rolling out a new update for the Play Store, which comes with version 31.7.16. The latest update brings general improvements to enhance the overall performance and stability of the app.
As per the release note, the Google Play Store 31.7.16 update package does not include any new features or changes, but you will definitely get a smooth usability experience after updating it.

This is an early rollout so it is currently only available for a few Android devices but the company will soon release it for all eligible devices. With this new update, the company aims to provide a smooth and bug-free experience.
You can update the Google Play Store manually by going into the app, then clicking on the profile icon >> Settings >> Tap on the About button to expand the submenu. Now, you will get the key to updating Play Store as well as information about the current Play Store version. Press the key to update yours and it’s done.
