Verizon is rolling out a new update for Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra devices in the US, which installs the latest January 2024 Android security patch. Installing the latest patch will ensure that your handy gadget is up to date with the most recent security protocols.
It also provides increased security for the system, ensuring that confidential data and sensitive information remain safe and secure. Additionally, the patch helps to fix a total of 80 vulnerability exposures that may have been discovered in the system, to maintain the device’s reliability.
Other than the common enhancements and fixes the latest update didn’t bring any new features or major changes. Also, the January 2024 update is rolling out for locked Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra devices on Verizon network US and will expand to remaining users soon.
However, the consumers of Galaxy Note 20 devices can check and download the update manually by following some simple steps. Visit the Settings app on your phone and tap on the Software Update menu. Now, press the Download & Install key and follow the onscreen instructions.
