Samsung begins rolling out April 2023 security update to the carrier-locked Galaxy Z Flip4 and Galaxy Z Fold4 in the US. Unlocked models have already been updated to this latest security patch, which brings fixes for over 60 common vulnerability exposures.
According to the info, users of carrier-locked Galaxy Z Flip4 can identify the release through PDA build version F721USQU2CWCC, while Galaxy Z Fold4 users through F936USQU2CWCC. In addition to security improvements, the firmware may also enhance the overall user experience.

Samsung’s April 2023 patch fixes a number of common vulnerability exposures including but not limited to 5 Critical, 46 High, and 1 Moderate. Notably, Google found 4 more vulnerabilities, which are not applicable to your Galaxy Z Fold4 or Flip 4.
Since Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 and Fold4 April 2023 security update rollout has just begun in the US, more carrier-locked models would get it soon. Meanwhile, you can check for updates manually, just open Settings >> Software update >> Download and install.
