Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite smartphone users in the US have started getting a new software update for better system security and stability. The latest update mainly installs April 2022 security patch for the device
The Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite April 2022 update holds the One UI build version G770U1UES6EVD3 and it is released for the unlocked models in the US.
The update protects your phone from bugs and viruses to further enhance the device performance and maintain the users’ experience. Besides these, the update doesn’t mention any added new features or major changes.
As per the changelog, Samsung’s April 2022, security patch details mention fixes for 88 privacy and security-related issues and exploits. These include 27 high and 18 moderate levels of CVEs from Samsung and Google.
These vulnerabilities are related to improper access controls in S Secure, Samsung Contacts app, Knox Manage, StorageManager, StorageManagerService, One UI Home, Samsung DeX Home, and others.
You can check and download it by navigating the Settings of your phone. From here, click on Software update and then Download and install.
