After a preview by two developers and two beta updates, Google recently released an Android 13 Beta 2.1 update for users who are currently testing the beta. We are approaching a stable release of Android 13 every day. All OEMs have their own renewal policy, and Samsung will provide four years of major Android updates for flagship Galaxy phones and tablets launched after 2021.

Galaxy Note 10 series will not receive Android 13:

  • Galaxy Note 10
  • Galaxy Note 10+
  • Galaxy Note 10+ 5G

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 series cannot support any of the major firmware and users will need to run their device on the Android12 operating system. Meanwhile, Samsung will provide regular security updates to all of these devices over the next two years, as promised in February 2019. The Galaxy Note10 Lite ships with Android 10 pre-installed, so it will be eligible for the Android13 update.

Android 13-based One UI 5.0 update is not coming to any of the above-mentioned Samsung flagships, however, we are guessing that the company might provide the feature drop Android 12L upgrade with the next stable One UI version – One UI 4.1.1
