After the successful unveiling of the fifth-generation foldables, Samsung is now shifting its attention towards the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 and their prototypes are rumored to be produced at the end of this year or the beginning of next year.
According to OreXDA, the prototypes for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 will be produced at the end of this year or early next year, exploring various directions. However, the prototypes are purely multi-function and none of them are confirmed.
The tipster further added that the actual working prototypes, which will lead to mass production, are scheduled for May. This process aligns with Samsung’s manufacturing and adheres to all Galaxy standards, ensuring that the most successful one will be refined for mass production.
This type of development shows Samsung’s commitment to offering its customers a refined device, which will cater to the needs of a diverse range of users. However, the next foldable phones are expected to be unveiled in July or August 2024.
