Samsung Tips: How to enable Call Waiting in your Galaxy phone [One UI 4.1]

Call Waiting is a feature in Samsung devices that makes a sound if you get a call when you’re already on the phone. You’ll usually get a beep during a call that should indicate a new call coming in. During this time, you can either answer the new call or keep it waiting as long as you activate Call Waiting on your Samsung ahead of time.

Getting aware of the incoming call is good because It may be an important call than you are on.  But remember that answering the new incoming call will place the first call on hold so make sure to let the first caller know to avoid being rude. How to enable Call Waiting in your Galaxy Phone  [One UI 4.1] ?

  • Open the Phone app.
  • Tap on three dots on the top right corner.
  • Tap on Settings.
  • Tap on Supplementary Services.
  • Select on Call Waiting to enable it.
