Indian consumers can now receive the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 version ahead of its public release for the Galaxy A52 smartphone. You just need to head towards the Samsung Members app, hit the banner in the carousel menu, tap the Join Beta program and finish the procedure by tapping the Enroll button.

Soon after joining the Android 13 beta program, Samsung will roll out an OTA update for One UI 5.0. The changelog includes the October 2022 security patch and several new features derived from Google’s latest OS.
The first Android 13-based One UI 5.0 update for the Galaxy A52 in India can be identified via PDA release number A525FXXU4ZVIC. The update brings several new features, as well as the latest security patches. However, this security patch still lags far behind the patch on Google’s Pixel devices.
Samsung is actively working to expand the Android 13 upgrade to more than just flagship devices by including mid-range devices in the beta program. Earlier reports had suggested that the company may update the Galaxy A53 to One UI 5.0 before the 2023 launch.
One UI 5.0 uses Android 13’s color palette with themed icons for Samsung, Google, and third-party apps. Moreover, the RAM plus disabler feature can improve the overall performance of the phone.
