On August 24, Samsung showcased four new Odyssey gaming monitors at Gamescom 2022, the world’s biggest gaming event. All Odyssey monitor models have a built-in Samsung Gaming Hub that provides a range of services such as Google Stadia, easy access to Xbox Cloud Gaming, Amazon Luna, and more.

Samsung’s next-generation gaming screen Odyssey Arc 100R comes with a 55-inch UHD display with a curvature that offers a different level of immersion and gaming and entertainment experience. It introduces a new form factor never before seen in existing gaming screens including vertical “cockpit mode” and an innovative interface that allows users to adjust the screen to the desired size and ratio within the screen.
The Odyssey G65B and G70B gaming monitors support 16:9 screen resolutions, AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, OTT services, and more. The G65B model has QHD (2,560×1,440) resolution on a curved panel with 1000R curvature while the G70B has a higher UHD (3,840×2,160) resolution on a wide viewing angle flat panel.
To be mentioned, Samsung Gaming Hub is a streaming game platform interworking service that allows users to easily enjoy cloud gaming without having to connect to a separate device or dedicated download/storage space.
Pre-orders for the Samsung Odyssey Ark have begun globally via Samsung.com while the G70B and G65B models are set to launch in Q4 2022.
