Samsung shares January 2024 Security Patch Details

Samsung shares details of its latest security patch every month and reveals information about the fixes that the current month’s update brings for Galaxy devices. This time alongside the month a year has also changed, but Samsung has not delayed releasing details of its January 2024 security patch.

The Korean tech maker has also started seeding its eligible devices with January 2024 update and the patch is available for Galaxy Z Fold 4, Galaxy Z Flip 4, and Galaxy M32 4G devices so far. However, the offerings of the latest month’s patch will reach more devices in the coming days.

According to the details, the January 2023 mends exploits and vulnerabilities of Google and Samsung including 1 critical, 68 high, and 6 moderate levels of CVEs for the Android operating system. Whereas, 5 SVE items related to the camera, the secure folder, the biometrics, the Wi-Fi, and the Bluetooth.
