Samsung has been operating the Samsung Master Craftsman System since 2019 to foster the best technical experts within the company and encourage the growth of employees. Meanwhile, in 2024, Samsung selects a total of 15 employees as master craftsmen.
Today on 2nd January, at the 2024 inaugural ceremony, Samsung selected a total of 15 employees as master craftsmen, including 10 from Samsung Electronics, 2 from Samsung Display, 2 from Samsung Electro-Mechanics, and 1 from Samsung SDI.
The employees selected as master craftsmen will receive various personnel benefits, including encouragement money, master allowance, and priority selection for the Samsung Senior Track, a system that allows them to continue working even after retirement age.
In addition, the Korean tech giant also awarded certifications to employees who were selected as masters at the opening ceremony. Below you can check the list and names of employees who were selected as 2024 master craftsmen.
