Samsung Good Lock’s RegiStar module has started collecting the March 2023 update. This isn’t a normal update as it brings a new option and support for the Back-tap feature for more customers.
According to the new information, the latest Samsung RegiStar update adds a new option to the back tap action feature called Sensitivity. Through this option, you can select the sensitivity of the back tap function from Low, Medium, and High.
As their names indicate, low sensitivity needs tapping with high force while high sensitivity requires low tapping force.

To set the sensitivity of the back tap feature, first of all, you have to open the RegiStar app and then click on the back tap action section, you can see a sensitivity option at the bottom, set it as per your choice.
Moreover, the March 2023 RegiStar app update also expands the Back tap action function support for Samsung foldable smartphones. Now the Fold and Flip device customers can also enjoy the back tap feature.
Aside from these major additions, the update further fixes some common issues to boost the performance of the app. At the same time, the app stability has also been optimized.
Anyways, the latest Samsung RegiStar comes with version 1.0.36 and an installation package size of 30.84 MB. You can install the latest update via Galaxy Store >> Menu option >> Updates. It is an initial rollout and the company will soon expand this update to more eligible Galaxy devices.
The previous update of the Samsung RegiStar app brought limits for Back tap action in some conditions such as a low battery or power saving mode.
