Samsung has topped Forbes’ list of the world’s best employers for three consecutive years. Forbes, in partnership with German pollster Statista, surveyed more than 150,000 employees in 57 countries, including South Korea, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, China, India, and Vietnam, to compile the rankings of 800 companies.

As the world’s major technology companies regularly top the list, Samsung has consistently topped the list for the past three years, reflecting the sense of pride and satisfaction Samsung employees feel for an iconic company in the IT and technology industry.
Survey participants were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their employer to friends and family. They were asked to rate companies in terms of economic impact and image, talent development, gender equality, and social responsibility.
Moreover, Participants were also asked to evaluate other employers in their respective industries that stood out either positively or negatively.
