With One UI 4.1 Samsung made the power button separated between two, you can long-press the power button on your smartphone to pop up the shutdown or restart options or you can enable the Bixby by doing the same process.

Many Galaxy users are getting troubled by think waking up of the smart Assistant feature as they are not finding the way to power off their Galaxy device, So if you are also one of the frustrated people then you are at the right place.
Samsung has an option by enabling that you can bring back your power button key from Bixby to normal, so without wasting time lets get started.
Go to Settings, then press on Advanced features here tap on side key and now under ‘Press and hold’, choose the ‘Power off menu’ option. Now when you press and hold the button you’ll get the power off/restart options instead of Bixby.
