Samsung Galaxy S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra smartphones have started receiving the March 2023 Android security patch update. At present, the rollout of this new firmware is happening in select European countries including Germany.
Consumers in the European markets can identify the March 2023 security update via PDA build versions G980FXXSFHWB1, G985FXXSFHWB1, or G988BXXSFHWB1 for their Samsung Galaxy S20 4G, S20 Plus 4G, or S20 Ultra 5G.

Samsung has recently rolled out One UI 5.1 features to the Galaxy S20 series worldwide. The update also included the February 2023 Android 13 patches for security improvements. It makes the March patch a big deal for consumers as part of the performance increment (via SammyFans).
