Samsung Electronics has recently announced a partnership between Samsung Kiosk signature solution and loyalty platform Punch hence the motive of this collaboration is to retain more members by increasing overall customers in the US.

As per the information, with this new partnership, Samsung is trying to create seamless customer engagement solutions for restaurants and other key verticals also it is designed to improve the restaurant and curbside pickup experience.
Moving on, this new association between Samsung Kiosk and loyalty platform punch will help business owners drive loyalty acquisition in the market. The all-in-one self-ordering solution includes a 24-inch touch display, speaker, printer, scanner, payment solution and Samsung’s proven SoC (System on Chip) and MagicINFO technology.
Additionally, after joining hands with Punchh Samsung Kiosk will deliver personalized messaging that carries out customized, data-driven loyalty campaigns. Further, it seeks to optimize the check-out process while collecting insightful consumer data.
