Verizon has started rolling out a new software update for current Samsung foldable smartphones such as the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3, which installs the July 2022 Android security patch, primarily in the United States.
As per the latest information, this latest software update brings performance improvements and the latest Android security patch to your device. It further enhances the system security as well as fixes many issues and exploits.

According to the official support page, these vulnerabilities include more than 50 CVE and SVE items from Google and Samsung, related to the Samsung Messages app, KnoxGuard lock, Wearable Manager installer, Samsung Finder, Contacts Storage, and more.
Software versions:
Verizon is releasing the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 July 2022 security update with One UI build version F926USQU1DVG1. At the same time, the firmware version of the Verizon-locked Galaxy Z Flip 3 July 2022 update is F711USQU2DVG1.
How to update Verizon’s model:
After the system update go to your phone’s settings and then check for a system update. If your device receives a new software update, tap Download now. Upon completion, a screen will appear advising you that the new version of the software is ready to be installed. Tap Install Update.
The device will power down and power back on. A screen will appear indicating that the installation is complete. Tap OK and you have successfully updated your software.
