Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is the top-end model of the Galaxy S23 series, the device has previously got benchmarked with an 8 Gen2 processor. Now the 12GB variant of Galaxy S23 Ultra has appeared on the benchmark with some low scores than 8GB model.

According to the @TheGalox_, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 12GB RAM variant has recently benchmarked with model number SM-S918B. The listing further reveals that the device will equip a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, offering 10GB of Memory.
Moving on, the 12GB model of Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has acquired a 1495 single-core score and 4647 multi-core score which are lower than the 8GB variant which received 1521 single-core scores and 4689 multi-core scores.
Other than this all the information revealed in the listing shows exactly the same elements which was listed with the 8GB models such as a peak clock speed of 3.36GHz, three CPU cores operating at 2.02GHz, and four 2.8GHz cores for a total of eight CPU cores.
Samsung Galaxy S23 series comprises three models namely the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra. The lineup is said to unveil in the month of February and at a Galaxy Unpacked event 2023. Moving on these devices are coming with some major upgrades then the predecessor.
