Samsung is rolling out May 2023 security update for Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23 Ultra smartphones in the US. The update installs the latest Android patch to improve system security.
May 2023 security update for the Samsung Galaxy S23 series is already available in India, Australia, and Poland, now the company is rolling out it in the US.

May 2023 security patch fixes 4 critical, 48 high, and 3 moderate level of common vulnerability exposures, however, 2 were fixed in the previous release and 1 isn’t applicable on Galaxy devices.
The company fixes several issues related to App Lock, Telephony framework, Call Settings, and Bootloader through the May 2023 security patch. The update is currently rolling out for carrier-locked Galaxy S23 models and will soon be available for unlocked devices.
