According to the changelog, the latest update for Galaxy S23 installs an Android security patch released in December 2022 to enhance security. In addition, it also improves the system stability and performance of the device.
Aside from this, a well-known tipster @UniverseIce reveals that the latest update with firmware AWBE for the Samsung Galaxy S23 series brings smoother animation, improved high-resolution shooting, and more accurate AI Character recognition.

The new update is currently available for Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23 Ultra in China. However, these devices already received February 2023 update in several countries.
