Samsung has started rolling out the January 2024 Android security update for the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra devices. This new firmware will improve the core mechanism of your Galaxy device and enhance its stability grades to elevate the protection.
It also mends over 70 vulnerability exposures from Google and Samsung to maintain reliability and offers improved protection against harmful threats, viruses, and other safety-related assaults. Overall, it’s a booster that improves the overall performance of your Galaxy device.
To be mentioned, the January 2024 update for Samsung Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra devices is rolling out with the build versions S901EXXS7DWL8, S906EXXS7DWL8, and S908EXXS7DWL8 respectively.
Accordingly, the patch is currently live in some North American countries and will expand to more region users in the coming days or weeks. Users of Galaxy S22 devices can download the update through Settings> Software Update > Download & Install.
