According to the information, there are multiple users’ reports claiming that Verizon locked Samsung Galaxy S21 has call quality issues. According to the customers, their smartphones were working fine before the June 2022 update but the voice call quality gets worse after bringing the update to the devices.
Recently, Sammobile reports that they have told that the issue affects the user’s SIM card. At the same time, some other users say that the issue continues.
Users are waiting for the next update for their Verizon bounded Galaxy S21 smartphone which will be the July 2022 security patch. As it seems that the consumers’ concerns haven’t reached the company so far. We hope that the company will acknowledge this problem and release a fix alongside the July 2022 update as soon as possible.
Additionally, the issue has reportedly occurred in the vanilla Galaxy S21 while there has been no problem in the voice calling on the other two high-end Galaxy S21+ and Galaxy S21 Ultra. However, if you are facing the issue, you can feel free to tell SammyFans in the comment section.
For your information, the Galaxy S21 June update that has a call quality issue holds the One UI build version G991USQU5CVF1. We suggest, if you haven’t yet downloaded it on your phone, wait for a few days for the carrier to release the July 2022 security patch.
