Samsung released the September 2022 security update for several Galaxy devices including Galaxy S22, Galaxy S21, Galaxy A33, Galaxy A52, Galaxy S21 FE, etc. Now, the company is rolling out the latest September 2022 security patch for the Galaxy S20 series. the device through a new update.

The September security update fixes several issues related to privacy and security and exploits them to enhance overall device performance. As per the official notes, the update brings improvements for 21 high levels and 3 medium levels of CVEs to boost the overall functionality.
The update is rolling out for both 5G and LTE variants of the Galaxy S20 series devices. You can check out the One UI build below.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 September 2022 security update is currently rolling out in parts of Europe and the company will be expanding it to more regions soon. This is an early rollout so it may take hours/days to reach all devices.
To install this update, open your phone’s Settings, scroll down to enter the Software Updates section and then click on Download and Install option. Wait for the device to check for available updates, press the Download button, and then follow the instructions.
