Just like the One UI 5.0, Samsung’s new One UI 5.1 is also based on the Android 13 OS. Ahead of major switches like Android 14, the company is offering select new features from its topmost flagship lineup to older models such as the Galaxy S and Z.
After the Galaxy S22 series, Galaxy S21 series, and Galaxy Z Fold 4, Samsung is rolling out the One UI 5.1 firmware update for the Galaxy S20 series. It brings the February 2023 security patch for better system security and reliability against threats.
Identified via One UI version ending HWAK, the new update carries a package size of 1217.55 MB. The update comes with a slew of new features and improvements to provide a seamless experience. To get it now, head towards the Settings menu, tap the Software update tab, followed by Download and install.
Note: Samsung won’t give any new One UI version update to the Galaxy S20 series!
