Samsung has already rolled out the September 2022 security update for Galaxy S20 FE users in Europe. Now, the company is expanding this update to the Galaxy S20 FE models in Australia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam.

The update installs the September 2022 security patch to improve system security and stability along with several functional enhancements. As per the patch notes, it fixes over 23 high and medium-level CVEs to enhance the user experience.
If you have a Galaxy S20 FE, you can check for updates by going to the Settings app, then System updates, and tapping on the Download and install option to check. If your device has received the update, you can download and install it by following the on-screen instructions.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is eligible for the all-new Android 13-based One UI 5.0 as the company launched this smartphone with Android 10-based One UI 2.x software with the promise of a major upgrade of up to three years. Notably, the smartphone has already been upgraded to Android 11 and Android 12.
