The Samsung Galaxy M13 LTE comes with a 6.6-inch 90Hz display, Exynos 850 processor, three-rear cameras including a 50MP primary shooter, and a 6000mAh battery. Samsung Galaxy M13 5G on the other hand features a 6.5-inch 90Hz display, dual rear camera with a 50MP primary camera, and a 5000mAh battery.
