Samsung Galaxy F22 users in India have started receiving the latest August software update, which installs the July 2022 security patch. Apart from security fixes, the new Galaxy F22 firmware update enhances the overall system and functional stability for a better user experience.

- Go to Settings >> Software update.
- Tap on Download and install.

About F22 and software support
Galaxy F22 is a budget segment smartphone offered by Samsung Electronics. It was officially released in July 2021 with a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display and 90Hz refresh rate. At the back, it is equipped with a quad rear camera that includes a 48MP primary camera, as well as a 13MP selfie camera.
Pre-equipped with Android 13-based One UI 3.1, the Galaxy F22 smartphone is eligible for two major Android updates and four years of regular security updates. This qualifies the device for Android 12-based One UI 4 (received) and Android 13-based One UI 5.
