Samsung has started coming up with the One UI 4.1-based April 2022 security patch for the older Galaxy A53 5G smartphone. As of this writing, the update is available for download for users in South Korea using A536NKSU1AVCC hardware versions.

As confirmed by the company, the latest Android patch package comes with fixes to a number of CVEs and SVEs from Google and Samsung. At the same time, the changelog suggests that it brings improvements to some stock apps and functions as well.

Samsung Galaxy A53 smartphone owners received their first software update, which mainly improves the Android 2022 Android security patch. This update focuses on improving the security and safety of your device.

The latest Galaxy A53 update comes with a One UI build version A536EXXU1AVCD and a package size of 213MB. It’s only released in India at the moment, however, as soon as the company ensures its security and stability, it will be spread out widely.
How to Download manually:
If you haven’t yet received the notification for the Samsung Galaxy A53 April 2022 update, you can download it manually by visiting your phone’s Settings. From here, enter Software update and then tap Download and install.
Wait for the device to check available activity and finally tap Download now (if available). You can tap Install now or Schedule install when the update is downloaded. Once, installed the phone will reboot and start initial apps optimizations
