A few days ago, the upcoming Galaxy A14 5G was spotted on the Bluetooth SIG database. Now, we have spotted the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G with model number SM-A146B in the Geekbench 5 benchmark database.

A benchmark database listing for the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G reveals that the smartphone will be powered by an octa-core processor, Mali G68 GPU, and 4GB of RAM. The Samsung Galaxy A14 5G scored 770 points in the single-core test of the Geekbench 5 benchmark and 2151 points in the multi-core test.
The listing also reveals that the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G will be powered by an octa-core processor with model number s5e8535 and a frequency of 2.30GHz. The SoC will be in a 2+6 configuration with 2 performance cores clocked at 2.40GHz peak frequency. While the remaining 6 cores are probably efficiency cores as they are clocked at 2.0GHz.
Moreover, the processor will have an integrated Mali G68 GPU. Based on this, it seems that the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G could be equipped with an Exynos 2300 processor. Samsung has yet to officially launch the Exynos 2300 processor.
