Samsung expands One UI 6 update to Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2022) WiFi-only variant

Samsung is rolling out the Android 14-based One UI 6 software update for the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2022) WiFi-only variant in India. However, the update is already live in some European countries, and the Korean tech maker will not let remaining region users wait for too long.

Going toward the details, the owners of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2022) WiFi-only variant will be able to determine the One UI 6 update through build version P613XXU4CWL1 and need to install a package of around 1.8GB in India.

Based on Android 14 the One UI 6 brings plenty of new features and optimizations such as the ability to reposition the clock on the lock screen, view pictures or videos before sharing, offer more information in the weather widget, improved Samsung Dex, and more.

Other than this, there are more features that users will encounter after upgrading their big-screen device to the latest version. In addition, the software package also includes a November 2023 Android security patch for improved stability of the device.

However, the owners of Galaxy Tab S6 Lite devices will receive the One UI 6 update through Over the air method, and they can even download the update manually through Settings > Software Update > Download & Install.
