Samsung is taking significant steps to improve the quality and effectiveness of its Galaxy repair services worldwide. The company is enhancing its service capabilities across different countries, aiming to provide better repairs and customer consultations on a global scale.
Recently, Samsung Service has been running a program called “Domestic Service Experts Overseas Dispatch.” Last month, an experienced “Galaxy Service Expert Instructor” was sent to eight Samsung service centers in India to share his knowledge and skills.
Since the start of this year, service professionals from 13 countries have visited the CS Academy in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province, and Daejeon to learn from Samsung’s service expertise.
A key focus of the training was on advanced repair methods, such as the single-piece repair technique used in Korea. This method involves disassembling the display unit, frame, battery, and other components to replace only the necessary parts, enhancing efficiency and precision in repairs.
Additionally, the training covered essential service technologies, including precise diagnosis of Galaxy usage history and repair techniques for foldable phones.
Samsung also plans to send specialized instructors to the Philippines to teach service strategies for AI-integrated home appliances. This includes using the SmartThings platform for AI-based precision diagnosis of home appliances and understanding ‘TV service mode’ for better customer support.
By sharing advanced repair techniques and service knowledge, Samsung aims to elevate its global service standards and ensure customers receive high-quality support wherever they are.
