Samsung has appointed iSmash, one of the UK’s largest walk-in technical repair specialists, as an Authorized Service Partner to expand high street repair. In addition to this, the company also wants to offer out-of-warranty repairs for select Galaxy smartphones.

Samsung offers its customers the widest selection of the most convenient and accessible support options to enhance their Galaxy smartphone experience. And, to further improve its service, the company is now partnering with iSmash.
Through this partnership, Samsung Galaxy smartphone owners who require repairs outside the standard warranty terms will be able to take their devices to 38 iSmash service centers in the UK for diagnosis and repairs.
Additionally, as an Authorized Service Partner for Samsung, iSmash repairs devices using only genuine parts purchased directly from the company. This means that after the repair is complete, customers will benefit from having their Galaxy smartphones restored to Samsung’s manufacturer standards.
In addition to in-store repairs, Samsung offers its customers a full suite of repair and support options. This includes a “We Come to You” home repair service, where a mobile repair van will travel to the location of the customer’s choice and repair their equipment on-site.
