With the update, Samsung TV Plus is getting two exclusive Samsung-owned channels: Ride or Drive, which provides automotive content to car fans, and Samsung Showcase, which is dedicated to “concerts, events and special programming”. . The company mentioned in its newsroom post that it plans to expand local news and weather coverage to more areas of the US. By 2023, Samsung aims to double its video-on-demand library using new and expanded partnerships with Lionsgate, Vice Media, and others.
