Samsung has rolled out the Android 14-based One UI 6 update for the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 devices in various countries, and now the software will be released for non-beta testers. So, get ready to upgrade your fifth-generation foldable phone to the latest One UI iteration.
According to the information, an in charge of the Galaxy Fold and Flip software department stated that the One UI 6 version which was released earlier was opened for those who have been testing the beta version. Today, that means on 28 November it will be opened for those who use the official version of One UI 5.1.1.
However, the source didn’t reveal the region in which the non-beta users of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Flip 5 are going to receive the One UI 6 official version. But it is expected to be rolled out in Korea. Thus, if you own a fifth-generation foldable then keep an eye on the software update section.
