Samsung will unveil the first and most awaited flagship lineup of the year 2023 in the first week of February, however, we have witnessed several rumors about this Galaxy S23 series and now a new leak reveals the display sizes of all three models along with the RAM and storage variants.

Recently, a known tipster called @TheGalox_ has come up on his Twitter account and shared information about the display size and RAM storage variants of all the upcoming devices including Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra.
Going by the information, the Galaxy S23 will feature a 6-inch display, and the Plus model will equip a slightly bigger 6.4-inch screen. Both the models will come with 8GB, and 12GB of RAM and will be available in three storage variants including 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB.
On the other side, the Ultra model of the Galaxy S23 lineup is said to feature a 6.5-inch huge display along with 12GB and 16GB of RAM. Further, the device will be available in three storage variants of 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage for immense use.

If this information from the tipster comes out to be true, then we will not see any 128GB storage variant of the Galaxy S23 Ultra as it was available in its predecessor the Galaxy S22 Ultra. Not only this but there are some more transformations that we will find in this lineup.
