But before that, it’s important to note that the Qi2 charging tech was unveiled recently and is expected to feature in the upcoming devices. Qi2 is a new open wireless charging standard, that uses magnets to ensure perfect alignment, optimize efficiency, and minimize heat generation.
With the help of a video, Samsung unveiled some of the features of the Galaxy Book 4 series, and there was a phone on a stand that looked like it would be a Qi2 charger. The phone itself isn’t supported by any feet or hooks, so it’s easy to assume it’s magnets and from here the doubt begins.
Some users have speculated that this is the Galaxy S24 Ultra on a Qi2 stand but, sadly, that’s not the case. Because the phone was on a stand is the Galaxy S23 Ultra paired with the Book 4 lineup, not the unreleased Galaxy S24 series model confirms a tiny disclaimer on the video.
