To get users rid of useless emails, Gmail is preparing a new unsubscribe button for Android. This new feature looks like a welcome option for Gmail, as it helps users quickly end promo emails with a prominent button, and elevates the user’s experience.
Nowadays, every retailer and website is asking for your email address and these worthless emails simply fill the Gmail box and do nothing else. Now, instead of deleting these emails, users can tap on the unsubscribe button and prevent the sender from dispatching a mail.
It’s worth mentioning that, unsubscribing from a marketing email is supposed to be relatively easy, with a button in the footer of most automated email lists allowing you to click and confirm you no longer want to receive emails. But, if you’re trying to end a lot of subscriptions, that can quickly get tedious.

Therefore, currently, it’s unknown when Gmail will roll out this useful unsubscribe button feature for users. The option appears in emails pretty prominently. It’s said that it shows up automatically on emails that you can unsubscribe from, so it might not appear every time.
