Samsung has started dispatching the fixes and optimizations of the December 2023 update for Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra devices. However, the Galaxy S23 series was the first to collect the latest patch and it will reach more users in the coming days.
Going toward the details, the owners of Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra will be able to determine the December 2023 update via the build version ending with HWL1. Accordingly, the firmware is currently live in South American markets.
This all-new security patch released in December 2023 will improve the core mechanism of the device and provide increased security for the system, ensuring that user data and sensitive information remain safe and secure.
It will also resolve 7 critical and 43 high levels of CVEs for the Android operating system and Samsung provides fixes for 16 Vulnerabilities and Exposures to improve user experience.
